Email is our best method of contact – or via the contact form on our contact page.

You can also call us, but as we don’t have a receptionist (keeps your costs down!) and when we’re busy with appointments it can be tricky to get to the phone. However, we can pick up emails in between clients.

We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, if you cancel within 48 hours a cancellation fee will apply. Please see below:

  • 49+ hours – no problem, thanks for letting us know!
  • 48-25 hours – 50% fee
  • Within 24 hours – 100% fee
  • No show – 100% fee, 50% deposit required for any future bookings

A booking confirmation email is sent to you automatically at booking, there is a link where you can reschedule at any time up to 48 hours prior.

A friendly email reminder is also sent 3 days in advance of your appointment, there is a rebooking link if you need to reschedule. At 48 hours this link will not work as it’s within our cancellation period.

We are closed on Sundays & Mondays. If you need to reschedule an appointment whilst we are closed please do so online out with 48 hours.

We always know in advance if we’re going to be late! However, we do understand life happens.

Please do email or call us at the earliest opportunity to let us know. If we have a client directly after your appointment, we may have to rearrange and still charge for the appointment in accordance with our cancellation policy.

We will do our best to accommodate your booking but it may need to be shortened and charged the same.

We please ask our clients to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to their appointment time. As we are appointment based, we likely won’t be able to make it to the door. You might even beat us back from lunch or before our shift starts!

We thank you in advance for your patience. There are some amazing local cafes nearby too!

There are some parking spaces on the street outside, however the spaces are few and far between! This is free for an hour with no return within 90 minutes. Otherwise, the surrounding streets all have pay for parking. Be careful to ensure you haven’t parked in a permit holder only space!

Now the Edinburgh Trams are complete! We’re on the direct tram route with a stop less then 1 minute walk away. We’re 15 minute walk down from Waverly train station or 20 minute walk up hill! There are plenty bus routes nearby too.

With written parental/legal guardian consent with them also being present in the room during treatment this is possible for basic waxing, facials, manicures. For anything else you’ll need to wait until you’re 16 with valid photo ID!

Unfortunately, as a lot of amazing parents come to us as a peaceful oasis to relax and look after themselves. We kindly ask you respect this and make childcare arrangements.

Depending on your child, if you absolutely can’t, please let us know – we may be able to book an off-peak appointment where no quiet treatments are in to accommodate this. It does depend on the treatment from a health & safety perspective. Please check with us in advance.

We have limited waiting space in reception and we likely require this for our other bookings. We please ask if you are accompanied to your appointment they kindly wait elsewhere. We always recommend our amazing local cafes nearby! Thank you for your understanding.

Good auld Edinburgh! Yes. We have some stairs leading down to our premises and also an inner stairwell to 2 of our treatment rooms. There are banisters on each stairwell. If you prefer to be in an upstairs room and are fine with the outer steps, please let us know when booking for us to accommodate this for you.

We are always looking for ways to improve. At present, we recycle everything we can! Our business waste is managed by Changewaste Recycling, ensuring our waste goes to the right place too. For our treatment disposables, we do our best to make sure they are biodegradable. We also use Who Gives A Crap loo roll – they help to build toilets for those in need. Our main suppliers have also been selected for their pledge to their product processes. Our energy is also supplied by renewable sources.

We accept cash and card payments only. We please ask if paying by cash to be exact amount only, our change options are limited as we do not store cash on site overnight for security purposes.
