Patch Tests
All Tinting, LVL & Brow Lamination treatments require a patch test at least 24-48 hours before to ensure of no allergic reaction prior to your appointment. The same applies if it has been over 6 months since your last tint with us.
Tinting
Eyebrow Tint
Tinting is a way to enhance and define your brows. It involves smoothing semi-permanent dye over your brows to make them appear fuller and/or darker. The shade of tint is chosen individually for each client according to preferences and the desirable look.
Eyelash Tint
Like an eyebrow tint, semi-permanent dye is applied to the lashes and the shade of tint is chosen to suit each client. With eyelash tinting, you can achieve beautiful and dark lashes while avoiding the black clumps that come with mascara.

Q: How Long Does Tinting Last & How Often Should You Get It Done?
A: Typically, eyebrow/eyelash tinting can last anywhere from two to six weeks. Touch-up sessions can be scheduled as needed to maintain the desired colour and definition.
Q: Can Tinting Be Done Alongside Waxing Or Other Treatments?
A: Eyebrow tinting can often be done alongside other beauty treatments like waxing, this is to achieve a more defined and polished look. Similar to eyebrow tinting, eyelash tinting can be combined with services like an LVL or Eyelash Extensions for a more complete look.
Q: What Is The Recommended Aftercare For Tinting?
A: Avoid heat, exercise & skincare/makeup products for at least 12 hours post treatment. Regular exposure to sun, water, and oily skincare/makeup products may impact the longevity of the tint. Do not apply self tanning products for at least 24 hours, or it will likely distort the tint colour!
Brow Lamination
Brow lamination is a perm for eyebrows. The treatment gives a uniform shape by making all the hairs go in the same direction, giving a fuller, thicker look. If correct aftercare is followed, brow lamination lasts for up to 8 weeks. This can be followed by an eyebrow tint & wax to create the ultimate full brow.
The products in our Brow Bomb Lamination Kit have a protein composition based on liquid keratin to encourage hair growth and form a protective film around the hair strand, meaning brows maintain natural health, shine and density, without damage.

Q: What is Brow Bomb?
A: Brow Bomb is our innovative 3 step system which gives brows a uniform, full eyebrow shape. Our solution, which contains a protein composition based on liquid keratin and silicone, encourages brow growth by creating a protective film around the hair. Our system involves 3 steps. The first step will lift and set the hairs in the desired position, the second step neutralizes the lifting solution whilst the third step moisturizes and rehydrates the treated hairs.
Q: How Long Does a Brow Lamination Treatment Take and How Long Do the Results Last?
A: Most clients who have their brows laminated with Brow Bomb are in and out of the salon within 30 minutes. This can sometimes take up to 45 when including an eyebrow wax & tint. Results can last between 4-8 weeks depending upon individual hair growth cycles. It is again, important to properly care for your brows to maximise the longevity of the treatment.
Q: How Do You Care for Your Brows Post Brow Lamination Treatment?
A: You must keep your brows dry for 24-48hrs post treatment otherwise your lamination will drop. Do not apply makeup to the brow area for the first 24 hours and keep away from oil-based makeup to prolong the treatment. Brush hairs back into place each mornin
LVL Ceralift (V)
LVL stands for “Length, Volume, and Lift.” It is a beauty treatment for the eyelashes that aims to enhance their natural appearance. LVL Lash Lift is a technique where the natural lashes are lifted, curled, and tinted to create a more voluminous and lifted look without the need for eyelash extensions. The process involves using a special solution to gently lift the lashes from the root, providing a semi-permanent curl and tint to make the lashes look longer and more defined. LVL is a popular choice for those who want a natural yet noticeable enhancement to their eyelashes.
Add a Lower Lash Lift to balance out a fuller top lash look, this will also open the eye and make it appear larger.

Q: Do Nouveau Lash Treatments Damage Your Natural Lashes?
A: No. All of our therapists are trained to the highest technical standard and our products go through rigorous testing to ensure they’re kind to your lashes. So, providing your lash treatment is performed correctly, and you follow the aftercare instructions provided by your therapist, you will not damage your natural eyelashes. However, some people are unaware that your eye lashes naturally shed every 90 days. So, if your natural eyelash falls out, it may simply be at the end of its cycle and will naturally grow back.
Q: How Long Do The Results Last?
A: Results can last 6 – 8 weeks, depending on individual lash growth cycles. Maintenance appointments are recommended for optimal and prolonged effects.
Q: Is There Any Aftercare Required?
A: Minimal aftercare is needed. Avoid rubbing your eyes and use a lash conditioner daily to help keep them nourished and healthy. It’s advisable to avoid wearing eye makeup, exposure to heat, steam and water for the first 24-48 hours after the treatment to ensure the lift sets properly. After this period, you can enjoy water activities without any concerns.
We highly recommend using Nouveau’s Lash & Brow Conditioning Serum or Triple Enhance Serum daily post treatment to keep your lashes in the best condition. You can purchase these in salon or via our online store.
Q: Can I Have A Lash Treatment If I Am Pregnant?
A: Due to changes in hormones in pregnancy Nouveau recommend not having LVL.

Our Extend Lash Extensions enhance your natural lashes by safely adhering a synthetic individual eyelash to each applicable natural eyelash (1:1) giving you longer, fuller lashes for up to 4 weeks. Some lucky clients can get longer! However, we recommend a Maintenance appointment every 2-3 weeks and a new set every 3 months for best results.

Extend Natural Set 1:2
Like our Extend Full Set, we enhance your natural lashes by safely adhering a synthetic individual eyelash. However, with the Natural Set to approx. every 2nd natural eyelash (1:2). You could ask for a length that’s closer to your natural lash length to create a subtle and defined look.

SVS Volume Lashes 2-8:1
Exclusive to Nouveau Lashes, SVS – speed, volume and style – is the semi-permanent lash treatment that creates fluffy, impactful, volume lashes for up to 4-6 weeks.
Your Nouveau Lashes Global Volume technician will use our multi-length SVS Lash Extensions to create lightweight fans of multiple lashes to apply on to your natural eyelashes. This means you have less adhesive weight from pre-made fans, your lashes will last longer and better for the health of your natural lashes.
With this technique you can achieve fuller, volume lashes without the strong linear definition of a more classic Russian Volume lash treatment. Taking in to consideration your desired look, your SVS lashes are tailored especially for you, whether you are wanting more natural volume or everyday glamour.
Available in Full Set 2-8:1 or Natural Set 2-8:2.

Extend/SVS Maintenance
We offer lash maintenance appointments of lashes applied at Ivy only, unless their work is exceptional and can be verified as Nouveau. This is where we top up any lashes that have shed, refreshing your look! We have options of 2-3 weeks (approx. 75% remaining lash extensions) or 3-4 weeks (min. 50% remaining). If you have less than half of your remaining lashes, a new set will need to be applied.
For best results, we recommend a fresh set every 3 months. Please arrive without any eye make-up on.

Q: How Long Do Eyelash Extensions Last?
A: With immediate results, Nouveau Eyelash Extensions can last up to 4 weeks. With regular infills, every 2-3 weeks, they can last longer.
Q: Do Eyelash Extensions Damage Your Natural Lashes?
A: When applied correctly, individual lash extensions do not damage your natural lashes. Nouveau Lashes artists use lightweight lashes minimising the risk of damage. Make sure you don’t pull on your lash extensions to avoid any lash loss and follow the correct aftercare advice to keep your lashes healthy.
Q: What Is The Aftercare For Eyelash Extensions?
A: Avoid water, heat & steam for the first 24 hours and avoid using oil-based products around the eye area throughout. Oils can breakdown the bonds in the glue, causing the extensions to become loose or fall out. Do not use waterproof eye make up. Brush gently through your eyelashes morning and night with a clean, dry mascara wand from the mid-length to the tips, avoid the roots.

Q: What Should I Do Before My Eyelash Extension Appointment?
A: Thoroughly remove any eye makeup, including mascara and eyeliner using an oil free make up remover. Ideally 24 hours or more in advance, residue can affect the effectiveness of the adhesive. Avoid using waterproof mascara or heavy eye make-up at least 24 hours before your lash appointment. The lashes need to be clean and free from product build up.
